A set does not have one automatic MOQ

Each component, decoration process, and packaging format can carry a different production minimum. The workable project quantity is determined only after these parts are matched.

A lower-quantity program may use stock packaging with a printed sleeve, while a larger program may justify a fitted insert or fully custom box.

Count backward from the in-hands date

Separate artwork approval, sample production, component production, assembly, inspection, and transit. Confirmed timing should come from the selected suppliers after artwork and quantity are known.

Quote assumptions visibly

A distributor quote should state quantity, decoration, packaging, shipping basis, destination, validity, and what remains subject to confirmation. This makes changes easier to identify before production.
